DAS Care is led by our Registered Manager and Director, Saima Nazar, who brings over 20 years of experience in the care sector. Saima began her journey as a carer in 2005, working directly with individuals and families, before progressing into leadership and management roles. Her frontline experience gives her a deep understanding of what truly matters in care — dignity, patience, safety, and compassion.
DAS Care was founded with one clear purpose — to provide compassionate, reliable care that families can genuinely trust.
We recognised the need for a service that combines strong professional standards with heartfelt kindness, where safety, respect, and dignity are never compromised. From the very beginning, our focus has remained simple: To support adults in staying independent, comfortable, and safe in their own homes.
